Selena left Mexico that same day and Justin left for LA on the 31. They haven’t seen each other since and she was never at the Four Seasons on New Year’s Day.'

Selena tweeted on Jan. 1, 'New beginnings. Fresh start. I love you all.' A source told Hollywood Life: '[Selena] said she wants to start things new with Justin again and act like they are a new couple and leave all of the drama and bulls**t behind. She said 2013 is their year and they need to get back to basics. She wants to hold him to it though so she’s letting all of her followers know.'

Bieby released statement on the death of his paparazzi stalker's death: 'While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim. Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves.'

Baby rapper Lil Twist was driving Justin Bieber’s Ferrari when it was pulled over Tuesday night, moments before a paparazzi was hit by another car and killed, reports TMZ. Lil was hanging with Justin at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills on Tuesday afternoon when Twist left in the white Ferrari without Justin.

Lil Twist and Justin have been hanging out and partying together now. They even celebrated New Year’s Eve together by popping champagne bottles. Lil Twist was also reportedly smoking marijuana.

Chris Guerra thought Bieber was smoking marijuana. The now deceased photog told friend: 'If it takes me all night, I’m staying out here, I’m getting this story. He was smoking weed. I hope something comes of this.'
