Jenelle Evans has returned to rehab for heroin abuse. The star of Teen Mom 2couldn’t hide from the MTV cameras, which revealed she’s deeply troubled and unable to cope with reality.

In less than a year, Jenelle has split from her husband, waged a Twitter war with him, lost custody of her child, and suffered a miscarriage. So the 21-year-old lost herself in downward spiral of drug addiction. A source says, (quote) “Jenelle has been through the wringer lately. We’ve been worried about Jenelle doing heroin, even though she was denying that for a long time.”

Thankfully, she finally came to her senses and checked into a facility. Friends are hoping that this time around, she’s able to stay clean.
