Lookout Labs analyzed data from 15 million users who employed an app that locates lost cell phones, and determined that Philadelphia led the nation in lost or stolen cell phones in 2011.  Lookout Labs says people in Philadelphia and Seattle lose their cell phones twice a year.

The top ten cities for cell phone loss during 2011:

3. Oakland, CA
4. Long Beach, CA
5. Newark, NJ
6. Detroit
7. Cleveland
8. Baltimore
9. New York
10. Boston

Justin has partnered with Hallmark to launch his own line of signature greeting cards, which will debut in April at Walmart stores and in May at other locations. 

The collection of 48 cards will provide fans with the opportunity to mark every holiday with the Bieb, and they'll feature such high-tech details as lights, music, motion and pop-up displays.  Many of the cards can double as door hangers, photo inserts and more. 

Among the sentiments expressed in the cards: "Hope your big day rocks like never before" and "You must be one of my biggest fans, 'cause you blow me away, girl!"

Nicki is rolling in the dough and she confesses to Vogue magazine, that at one time, she was spending 50 thousand dollars a month....on accessories!!!!!  Good lord!

"Guiseppe, Versace, YSL and Fendi shoes," Nicki confesses. "And I bought tons of Vuitton bags. When you’re a young girl from Queens, you’re going to stock up on those bags.”   When it comes to clothes, though, Nicki isn't nearly so free with her cash.  "If I can combine designer things with other things, I’m a happy camper," she says.

Nicki says that unlike some stars, she doesn't plan to live high on the hog and not give anything back.  She tells Vogue that she has plans to start "an enormous foundation to nurture girls," adding, "They hang on my every word, so I tell them, go to school, be ambitious. The worst position is to be financially dependent on the man."  And even though Nicki tells Vogue that she sometimes imagines being a stay-at-home wife, cooking dinner for her husband in a "bikini and high heels," she says that in real life, "I could never be that girl!"

Will.i.am's upcoming album #willpower doesn't have a release date yet, but when it finally does come out, it'll will have a ton of other artists.  Will has already said that the disc includes collaborations with Britney Spears, LMFAO and Alicia Keys.  Now, you can add Justin Bieber to the list. 

The BBC reports that in London on Tuesday night, Will said that #willpower will feature a duet with the Biebs!  Should be interesting...
