Philly Zoo Announces Reopening!

Good news for the Philadelphia Zoo! After months of being closed because of the coronavirus, the Philly Zoo will be reopening it's gates on July 9th. If you're a zoo member, you'll get to go in earlier -- starting on July 6th.

Things won't be 100 percent back to normal though. For one thing, you'll need to buy your tickets in advance. You'll also have to reserve a time for when you visit. Tickets will start going on sale to members on June 25 and to the public on the 26th.

Masks for anyone over 8 will also be required.

Unfortunately indoor animal exhibits, the rainforest carousel, ropes course, Philly Zoo Train and Swan Boats will also be closed.

You can learn more at the Philly Zoo's website.
