Nike's Donating Over 30,000 Pairs Of Sneakers To Healthcare Workers

Just in time for National Nurses Day on Wednesday!

Nike announced this week that it will donate 30,000 pairs of sneakers to the frontline healthcare workers fighting COVID-19. The sneaker brand will be donating Air Zoom Pulse shoes and will be distributed in hospitals and health care systems in major cities across the nation.

Nike said in a tweet: "In recognition of frontline healthcare workers around the world, Nike will donate the Air Zoom Pulse and other product to healthcare athletes."

This is perfect because nurses are always on their feet and these sneakers will help the healthcare heroes stay comfortable during their long shifts. Donations will be made to hospitals in cities like New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and even programs like the Veterans Health Administration.
