Disney Theme Parks Are Going Vegan!

Looks like Disney parks is going vegan-friendly at their theme parks as early as this fall.The announcement from the mouse came Tuesday, saying plant-based food options will be available at dining locations in their U.S. theme parks.

In a nod to the ever-growing and popular plant-based diet plan for millions of Americans, Walt Disney World in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California will offer more than 400 vegan dishes at all of their parks' dining facilities.

Some of the vegan dishes include Steamed Asian Dumplings, served with bok choy, Chinese long beans, red peppers and radish in an Asian broth and Felucian Garden Spread made with plant-based “kefta,” herb hummus, tomato-cucumber relish and pita.

The new menu options start at Florida’s Walt Disney World in early October, followed by Anaheim, California’s Disneyland in spring 2020.
