Big Bang Theory Cast Takes Cuts For Equal Pay

It's what the cast of Friends did years ago before "equal pay for women" was even the movement it is today. The cast of the most popular show on Network TV, The Big Bang Theory, has banded together so everyone can make the same amount. Here's how:

Three of the members who have been on the show since the 1st season have decided to take a $100,000 pay cut each (since they each make about 1Mil for 5 episodes) in order to make up the difference for their fellow cast mates, who came on a little later, and make less.

With $500,000 freed up and split between the lower paid, but vital cast members, they will make just shy of what their fellow actors make for the same 5 episode! Here's more on the story and kudos to you guys for banding together :)
